RubricOne for PalmOS Issues
Some users have reported issues with RubricOne for PalmOS, particularly when used with the newer ARM-based Palm handhelds like the Zire 22. The following are the two (2) issues: - On Zire 22, nothing shows up when RubricOne is started; only a blank screen appears.
- The Palm HotSync Manager versions 6.0.1 and 6.0.2 have outstanding bugs that affect the RubricOne conduit. If you do not see the RubricOne login screen when you synchronize your handheld, this is the likely cause.
If you are experiencing these problems, we suggest that you install the beta version of RubricOne for PalmOS. The installer is available at the RubricOne Software Central. To go to RubricOne Software Central, please login to your account, click on the "about" link, then proceed to RubricOne Software Central
